Lower costs, smoother delivery and more time to focus on leads.

At Legal Geek, London, three leading legal technology brands, Clio, NetDocuments and CS DISCO, needed to stand out in a busy, festival-style exhibition. LogisKIT and asembl. worked together to deliver three distinctive platinum sponsor stands, each designed around a different brief, while finding smarter ways to manage the logistics, production and delivery behind them.

Each client had a 6m x 5m exhibition space, but very different priorities for design, visitor experience and engagement.
The challenge was to create three individual brand experiences that attracted attention and generated quality leads, while managing costs, tight build schedules and challenging venue access.

Three bespoke stands were designed and delivered, bringing together creative design, build, AV, interactive activations, staffing, onsite support and logistics support.
Behind the scenes, logistics and resources were combined across all three projects, reducing the number of vehicles and crew required.
With limited loading slots at the Truman Brewery, careful planning and shared resources kept build time and costs down, giving all three clients a smooth, well-managed experience and significant cost efficiencies. With production and logistics taken care of, their teams were free to focus on what mattered: engaging visitors, building relationships and generating leads.

Three different briefs. One coordinated approach. And stronger results for every client.
All three brands achieved their highest recorded footfall and lead numbers at Legal Geek.
Distinctive designs and interactive experiences brought visitors onto the stands, while clear messaging helped turn attention into more valuable conversations.
