The Production Executive is a dual-role position responsible for managing logistical operations and providing vital administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of events. This role requires a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can handle logistical challenges while efficiently managing administrative tasks. The executive will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of events are executed flawlessly.
There is a mix of office-based administrative work and physical event operations, offering the opportunity to travel to a variety of event locations. As with all event roles, and during busy periods, longer hours, evening, and weekend work may be required; however, you will be compensated for your time.
