With the three regions working towards the same goal and a busy exhibition schedule, Nium was looking for a fully integrated partner. The need was for one point of contact they could rely on to protect the Nium brand, offer global delivery, and have the flexibility to work with different time zones.
The exhibitions took place across several global locations, with the added requirement to meet the individual objectives of each region (EMEA, APAC, AMER) and maintain brand consistency while tailoring the experience to each audience and budget.

With a consultative approach, we took the time to understand each region’s priorities and what we could do to help them achieve their objectives. We worked closely with each Nium marketing lead and acted as the consistent factor to guide them through the intricacies of attending multiple exhibitions. Through this, we centrally controlled the look, feel, and messaging so that each stand design fully encompassed the brand.
With a presence at shows such as Money20/20 in Asia, Las Vegas and Amsterdam, Sibos in Beijing, ME Seamless Expo in Dubai and WTM London, it has been a full-on schedule. Each exhibition brings a new budget and audience that needs a different approach. The original stand was created, featuring a central floating LED wrap, demo pods, a meeting room and more informal meeting areas.
The following shows replicated elements from the original design but adjusted to resonate with different audiences and fit budgets. For example, in China, the stand design was softer, using bamboo and natural materials. In contrast, in the US, where onsite trade services and square meterage of space are more costly, the stand design is more minimalist and uses a lightweight, free-standing hanging sign.
