Keeping sales teams engaged across 10+ offices, all the way to San Francisco.

A great sales incentive isn’t just about the reward. It’s about keeping people motivated along the way.
asembl. created a year-long incentive programme for the Softcat and the Cisco Alliance Team, designed to engage sales teams across multiple locations, build momentum and culminate in an exclusive trip to Cisco’s home city, San Francisco.

With Softcat’s sales teams working across multiple technology partners, Cisco needed to stand out from the competition.
The brief was to drive engagement, encourage sales of Cisco products and reward top performers.
The challenge? Keep the incentive visible, relevant and exciting throughout the year, rather than relying on the final reward to do all the work.

asembl. brought the San Francisco theme to life with a launch at Celtic Manor, followed by American-inspired sales days across more than 10 Softcat offices.
Diner styling, jukeboxes and themed food kept the experience front of mind, supported by a distinctive campaign identity and regular communications.
Midway rewards and an exclusive evening at The Ned maintained momentum, before the programme culminated in a tailored San Francisco trip, complete with Golden Gate Bridge bike rides, Alcatraz and unforgettable dining experiences.

The programme gave the Cisco Alliance Team multiple opportunities to engage Softcat’s sales teams, building excitement and recognising achievement throughout the year.
By combining creative campaign development, ongoing communications, live experiences and an aspirational reward, asembl. kept the incentive front of mind from launch to finale.
The result was a memorable programme that brought the partnership to life, with attendees praising the experience and the care behind its delivery.
