Overview.
Every festive season, LEGO® creates magical experiences that bring families together through play, creativity and imagination. For its Chalet of Play in London’s Covent Garden, the brand needed a temporary connectivity solution that could support a high-profile public activation without compromising the visitor experience.
With thousands of visitors expected and multiple digital touchpoints across the site, reliable connectivity was essential from the moment the doors opened.
Objective.
To deliver a secure, high-performance Wi-Fi solution that supported guests, staff and digital experiences throughout the activation.
The solution needed to be installed rapidly, provide reliable coverage across the entire site and keep interactive displays, registration systems and social media experiences running without interruption.
Experience.
Using Plug + Go WiFi, Noba deployed a fully managed connectivity solution designed specifically for temporary event environments. Installation was completed in minutes, providing secure wireless coverage across the entire activation with separate encrypted networks for public and operational use.
Remote monitoring from Noba’s headquarters ensured continuous performance throughout the event, while rapid de-rig allowed the site to be returned to normal quickly and efficiently once the activation came to a close.
Impact &
outcome.
The solution supported more than 57,000 visitors while maintaining 100% network uptime and delivering over 300 Mbps of secure bandwidth throughout the activation.
Reliable connectivity kept every digital experience running seamlessly, from interactive displays and registration systems to guest WiFi, allowing LEGO® to focus on delivering an engaging festive experience for every visitor.
