Creating a premium event environment that blended seamlessly with London’s skyline.
Ship LDN brought together more than 2,000 developers, engineers and technology leaders for one of Vercel’s flagship community events at Magazine London.
With a full programme of talks, networking and product-led activity, the event needed additional space where attendees could step away from the main programme, meet in comfort and continue conversations throughout the day.
As a global cloud platform at the forefront of web development and AI, Vercel needed a space that reflected its innovative brand and complemented the iconic London setting.
The brief wasn’t simply to provide additional meeting space. It was to create a premium modular meeting environment that felt like a natural extension of the event, while remaining practical, flexible and inviting for networking and collaboration.
Six modular structures were configured to create a sleek event space overlooking London’s waterfront. Floor-to-ceiling glazing maximised views across the city, while contemporary graphics, bespoke furniture and carefully designed lighting created an environment that felt both premium and welcoming.
The result was a versatile meeting space where delegates could connect, collaborate and experience the event in comfortable surroundings throughout Ship LDN.
The modular meeting space gave more than 2,000 attendees a premium place to connect, collaborate and continue conversations beyond the main programme.
It became a valued part of the Ship LDN experience, combining comfort, function and standout design. Vercel reported strong attendee feedback, considered the event a success and, as a result, aims to use the approach again for future events.
