Prize draw terms and conditions.
This Prize Draw is run by Asembl AG Ltd. The Prize has been kindly donated by the Iconic Luxury Hotels Collection. Employees of Asembl. AG Ltd and Iconic Luxury Hotels are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
Only asembl. clients are eligible to enter. The entry mechanism is to complete the asembl. survey. By submitting survey answers, entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Only one entry will be counted per person. There will be only one winner. A winner will be drawn at random using Google’s random number generator.
The Prize Draw is open to UK residents only aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Only fully completed survey submissions will be eligible for the Prize Draw, which will close at midnight 01 September 2023, and a winner will be contacted via email by 08 September 2023 (see T’s&C’s update). Survey submissions received after midnight on Friday, 01 September 2023 (see T’s&C’s update), will not be entered into the Prize Draw but will be used for asembl. research purposes. If the winner does not respond after 7 working days, the Prize will be re-drawn, and so on until claimed.
The Prize is a one-night stay for two at Chewton Glen Hotel & Spa (Christchurch Rd, New Milton BH25 6QS) with a full English Breakfast and access to the golf and spa facilities. The Winner can bring a guest of their choice.
The Prize is subject to availability and valid until 30th June 2024. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered. The Prize is based upon availability Sunday through to Thursday, excluding School Holidays and UK Bank Holidays. Blackout dates at the hotel may also apply. The hotel’s standard booking terms and conditions apply once the overnight stay is booked with Chewton Glen.
No booking deposit is required. No travel to or from Chewton Glen or parking will be provided or reimbursed by Asembl. AG Ltd or Iconic Luxury Hotels. Additional services such as dinner, drinks, spa treatments and additional golf services plus any other extras not specified within these terms and conditions shall be paid for by the winner.
Asembl AG Ltd and Iconic Luxury Hotels accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the Prize, nor accept responsibility for booking and/or any delay in booking before the offer expires. The Prize is non-exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in accordance with Asembl AG Ltd Privacy Policy. Only the winners information will be shared with Iconic Luxury Hotels.
If you are announced as the winner, you acknowledge that we will announce the winner’s first name and company the competition page and we will share your first name and surname with anyone that requests this information. Should there be an issue, please request in email that we do not share this information. We will not share any other contact information such as telephone number, address or email.
Entrants are encouraged to subscribe to Asembl AG Ltd emails, though this is not part of the terms of the competition and does not affect your chances of winning. If you have opted in to receive communications, you may unsubscribe at any time.
