The event’s goal was to reconnect with clients after lockdown and celebrate their tenth anniversary in style. The guest list included Exante’s top high-net-worth clients and business leaders. A premium experience was a must. The venue needed to be luxurious and the food exquisite. The atmosphere was everything.
We began with finding a luxury location that met the latest government Covid advice. Guests’ safety was paramount, as was finding the perfect backdrop for the VIP atmosphere Exante wanted. This meant we had strict criteria for the location search.
We also faced other challenges that needed careful consideration. There was the threat of another lockdown, and travel restrictions could impact international guests. We always have a plan B up our sleeve, and our team were able to assist those travelling from outside the UK.
We found the perfect solution in the prestigious Thames River yacht – Silver Sturgeon. Renowned for fabulous food, breath-taking surroundings and chic style, the Silver Sturgeon offers everything we were looking for.
Being able to host up to 550 guests, Silver Sturgeon offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space. This meant we could easily put social distancing and ventilation measures in place.
As the party set sail up the River Thames, they could enjoy incredible views of the London skyline as the summer sun set over the city. Guests boarded the yacht to a champagne reception. And there were unique Exante cocktails and canapes, followed by a delicious BBQ. The evening ended with guests dancing the night away to the 5-piece band and blues singer.
We added special Exante touches throughout the venue to add to enhance the premium vibe. A specially commissioned selfie flower wall with a neon light was a popular focal point.
