Adobe Professional Services wanted to bring their EMEA team of 80 together for the ultimate yearly kick-off gala dinner.

It needed something special to strengthen existing team relationships through a shared experience and provide a platform to celebrate the previous year’s success.

Using our little black book and insider knowledge, we found the ultimate dining experience. With exclusive use of Nobu, the guests were treated to a special and unique Japanese Peruvian infusion, providing a once-in-a-lifetime experience for foodies. The night came to a crescendo with an awards ceremony and the ultimate party band getting people up on their feet to some tunes.

From designing the initial experience concept to sourcing accommodation at The Hoxton, event branding, award prizes to the sourcing suppliers and on-site management. The asembl. the team took on full management of the gala dinner, saving the Adobe team time, stress and access to the best-in-class suppliers.


Many team member work remotely so this was a perfect opportunity to bring teams togetherFeedback from Adobe employees was glowing all round. The dining experience was exceptional. With many team members trying something new for the first time it was a brillant conversational piece.

After dining the party atmosphere allowed the team to celebrate the previous year’s successes and let their hair down before another busy year ahead.
